What Is A Good Engagement Rate

Most social media marketing experts agree that a good engagement rate is between 1% to 5%.

The more followers you have, the harder it is to achieve. Hootsuite’s own social media team reported an average Instagram engagement rate of 4.59% in 2022 with 177k followers.

Why is reach higher than views

What’s the difference between Page views, reach and impressions on Facebook? Page views are the number of times a Page’s profile has been viewed by people, including people who are logged into Facebook and those who aren’t.

Reach is the number of people who saw any content from your Page or about your Page.

What is a Smart cta

With smart CTAs, you can display a customized button to your different visitors based on data stored on their HubSpot contact record, or based on information known about their device type, country, referral source, or preferred language.

How many CTA should a page have

Most product pages will have at least two CTAs because there are usually two types of visitors.

On the one hand, you could have a prospective buyer who’s a little further down the sales cycle and ready to speak with a salesperson.

How do you write a good CTA?

  • Use a strong command verb to start your CTA
  • Use words that provoke emotion or enthusiasm
  • Give your audience a reason why they should take the desired action
  • Take Advantage of FOMO
  • Know your devices
  • Don’t be afraid to get a little creative

Should every post have a CTA

Whether you’re wanting sales to grow your email list or to get higher engagement rates on your latest posts, we know it’s important to ask your audience to take action, or in marketing speak, adding a call-to-action to tell people what to do.

We recommend using them on every post.

What can I use instead of learn more

Instead of using a more generic “learn more” CTA, they spark curiosity by using less common phrases such as “see our approach” and “let’s talk.”

The conversational tone indicates an openness to listening to a customer’s needs and being flexible in implementing a customer’s feedback.

What can I say instead of learn more CTA?

  • I’m Ready
  • Let’s Do This
  • Let’s Chat!
  • Talk To Me
  • Show Me How
  • Start The Ball Rolling

How many words should a CTA be

Your CTA needs to be short, sweet, and to the point. In fact, marketing expert Neil Patel says if it takes more than six seconds to read your CTA, then it’s too long.

That doesn’t leave you much room to work with. So when designing your CTA, you should keep it below four to five words.

How do I calculate CPM

To measure CPM, you divide the total cost of the campaign by the number of impressions.

The result is then multiplied by 1,000, generating the CPM figure, also known as the CPM rate.

Should CTA be left or right

Based on this theorem, the two spots on the right (at the first point of the “Z” and the very end of it) are where visitors expect to take action.

So there’s really no question here as to where your call-to-action belongs in terms of right or left.

It should always be towards the right side of the screen.

Is learn more a good CTA

The same reason why “Learn more” is so omnipresent is what makes it an ineffective CTA: it’s too ambiguous and has poor information scent.

It may help move the user to the next screen or page but it doesn’t help them navigate the experience.

Is it OK to design below the fold

Because of its decreased visibility, ads that are placed below the fold typically generate less ad revenue than ads that appear at the top of the page.

Companies that sell advertising on their websites typically charge a discounted price for placement below the fold because of its lower visibility.

Does above the fold matter

Since readers can only see the top half of a newspaper, it is imperative for the content above the newspaper’s fold to be compellinginfluencing readers to buy a piece.

It has, therefore, become a common practice to display a newspaper’s most intriguing stories and graphics above the fold.
