What equipment do you get with BT full fibre
If you’ve got Fibre to the Home or Fibre Home Phone you’ll get a modem, a battery back-up unit and a Bt hub (if you don’t have one already).
Is BT Fibre 100 full fibre
If you already have an existing ultrafast plan that’s powered by Full Fibre, such as Fibre 100 and Fibre 250, these have been renamed Full Fibre 100 and Full Fibre 300, but they offer the same speeds, If you are on Fibre 100 and Fibre 250 you may be able to get even faster speeds with our new Full Fibre products.
Why can’t I get BT full Fibre
There are several reasons for this: The line from the cabinet to your home may not be able to support speeds fast enough for Fibre.
You may live too far away from the cabinet through which your phone line connects to the exchange, so it’s not possible to provide service.
How good is BT full fibre
BT has some of the fastest broadband packages across both its Fibre and full Fibre connections.
With a mean 24-hour download speed of 60.8Mbits/sec, according to Ofcom’s latest figures, its Fibre 2 package is slightly ahead of the EE, Plusnet and TalkTalk equivalents.

Can I get BT Fibre to the home

With broadband, you can get online with a wired connection (by plugging in to your router with an Ethernet cable), and a wireless connection (your wi-fi).
Is BT full fibre better than virgin
Overall verdict The most important criteria are price and speed here – you get more for your money, on average, from Virgin, and they have a wider range of fibre speeds on offer.

BT Basic comes with a Call Barring option which allows you to control certain calls being dialled from your phone.
For example you can stop calls to international destinations, mobile phones or to Premium Rate numbers from being made from your line.

BT fibre is completely separate to Virgin fibre. There is no ‘switchover’, a new BT service would be provided and the Virgin service ceased.
