The NOW TV router does not require a visit from a broadband engineer as it is very simple to set up.
You will need to plug the router into your master phone socket for the best broadband speed.
How long does it take to set up now broadband
The waiting time depends on when an engineer’s available, but it’s usually within a couple of weeks.
There’s no charge for a phone line to be installed. If you already have a line, we’ll switch your broadband remotely.
This should also take place within two weeks of your order.

To stop your phone service you’ll need to give us a minimum 30 days’ notice.
