Does Plusnet Have A TV Package

Plusnet doesn’t offer TV and broadband packages like BT, Sky or Virgin Media does.

You’ll first need to get Plusnet fibre broadband installed then phone up Plusnet to add TV at a later date.

Plusnet TV is really only aimed at existing Plusnet fibre broadband customers.

Can you use any router with Plusnet

It’ll need to be a router that’s compatible with our broadband network. So you might not be able to use a router if it came from your old service provider.

To check your messages just call 555 from your mobile, or dial your mobile number.

To access your voicemail messages remotely you’ll be asked to enter your 5-8 digit PIN.

Calling your voicemail from your mobile won’t cost anything extra because it’s included in your plan.

Re: 0333 number? Calls to 03 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number and must count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls.

When can I leave my Plusnet broadband contract

You normally have to give us 28 days’ notice to end your contract or 14 days’ when you switch provider (whether or not you’re within the minimum term of your contract).

Plusnet mobile will not charge you anything to make this call. If you call from any mobile or landline in the UK then 0808 numbers are free regardless of provider.

Are 0330 numbers free on Plusnet landline

0300, 0330 and 0345 numbers are charged at the same rate as a landline for mobile users and are included as part of any inclusive or free minutes.

How long is Plusnet contract

Plusnet contracts usually last 12 or 18 months. If you must leave Plusnet while still in-contract, you will be charged an early termination fee, which will vary according to how much time is left in your contract.

Our verdict If you’re after low-price broadband, Plusnet is one of the best providers out there.
